We were forced to spend more of our days and nights in or near our homes or living places as the Pandemic progressed. Some of us were in our homes for up to 24 hours a day (it felt like much more at the time), and there seemed to be no end in sight. There were so many wacky activities going on that it was best to stay at home. A slew of terrifying events were unfolding, raising the level of fear. During that period, we learned that occupying our time in different ways was very necessary to maintain stability. We began to look for more ways to stay healthy as snacking became comforting. As the comfort level began to rise, so did some of our weights.
We began looking for things associated with healthy living. There was plenty of time to learn. There is so much more to study and explore, so we started QTKnows.com.
